Shaoxing Fengdeng Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Kang’anbei Group, was established on November 23, 2000. The company currently specializes in environmental engineering construction and the recycling of renewable resources.

On the morning of December 18, 2024, Kang’anbei Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for its major industrial project—the 200,000-ton green and low-carbon resource recovery project for chemical organic hazardous waste, specifically the Shaoxing Fengdeng Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. Agglomeration and Upgrading Construction Project (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”)—at the “10,000-Mu, 100-Billion-Yuan New Materials Industrial Platform” zone within the Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone. The project has a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan and a construction period of two years. As a major industrial project in Zhejiang Province, this initiative is also the largest organic hazardous waste resource recovery and recycling project in China to date.

This project involves Shaoxing Fengdeng Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. utilizing the carbon dioxide-rich vent gas from the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) decarbonization process of a synthetic ammonia plant as feedstock to construct a new 80kt/a liquid carbon dioxide facility. Our company is providing the process package, as well as the design and manufacturing of patented and proprietary equipment for the CO₂ unit. By adopting our new technologies—such as advanced desulfurization and liquefaction distillation—we ensure that all design parameters meet standard requirements and that the produced liquid CO₂ meets the client’s quality specifications. The facility is expected to commence operations in March 2026.
